We have worked with all kinds of organizations: private research universities, small private colleges, not-for-profit institutions, public colleges, and universities. Margot S. Lansing Phone: 781-237-1754, Email: Margot Margot has over thirty years of experience in higher education as a faculty member, administrator, and consultant. A Phi Beta Kappa cum laude graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, she received her doctorate in French Literature from the University of California at Berkeley and taught at a variety of institutions, including the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Harvard, and Brandeis. For ten years, Margot served as Associate Director of Admissions at Brandeis, where she was involved in all aspects of the admissions and enrollment process. For nine years, she held the position of Senior Consultant in a national search firm where she specialized in academic and not-for-profit search. In 2003-04, Margot participated as a member of the Editorial Committee for the revision of The Search Committee Handbook, a resource for academic search committees. She served as a faculty member with HERS, Higher Education Resource Services, a national organization that provides leadership training for senior women in higher education held at Wellesley College and Bryn Mawr College.
In January of 1997, Margot founded Lansing & Associates, an executive
search firm specializing in higher education and related

Deena has over twenty five years of experience
as a consultant, board member, and administrator in the world of
education and non-profit organizations. A graduate of the University
of Pennsylvania, she received her MBA with highest distinction from
Babson College. Deena was a private consultant for several years,
served on the Board of Trustees of Emerson Hospital, as President of
the Concord/Carlisle Community Chest, and as President of the League
of Women Voters of Massachusetts. |
